One feature that made the BlackBerry Bold a very popular mobile phone is because all BlackBerry applications are available on the Bold: WordToGo, PowerPointToGo, BrickBreaker and WordMole. The Bold is also known offers new or updated applications for BlackBerry Messenger, WHERE GPS, and Mobi4Biz.
According to many cellphone philippines enthusiasts, the Blackberry Bold has generally been positively reviewed by critics. Bonnie Cha of CNET rated the phone as "Excellent" and praised the phone's screen and multimedia capabilities.
However, there were several technical issues pertaining to its softwares as well as with its hardware.
